Isn't it interesting how quickly our healthy routines become disrupted? We feel that sense of being connected and being centered fading away. Mindfulness brings us back to that feeling of being in calm waters.

3 Simple Ways to Become More Mindful

-Calm Breathing
     Having a 24/7 source of  inspiration is a great way to get started.

-Walk, Smile or Nod
     Connecting with others helps us to connect with ourselves. Find a safe walking path and greet fellow walkers with a smile or a nod fosters a sense of being connected.

-Mindful Minutes
     Pausing for a few minutes, sitting comfortably with eyes closed helps our focus. Mentally listing 3 things we are grateful for is powerful. We are just beginning to prove how it changes your brain. https://www.health.harvard.edu/mind-and-mood/in-praise-of-gratitude
